We are committed to easy access for all.
Lattitude Glamp We are committed to making our website as accessible as possible for people with special needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor disabilities. We have invested significant resources in improving the accessibility of our website to ensure we provide equal access to all our users.
To help us make Lattitude Glamp
A positive place for everyone. We have been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and easier to use for everyone.
ADA Accessible Units (if applicable)
As required by law for owner-occupied properties with more than 5 units*, properties with 6 or more units must provide one unit reserved for guests with disabilities. The property must clearly identify these units and describe the accessibility features in sufficient detail to reasonably allow individuals with disabilities to independently assess whether the unit in question meets their accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA-designated unit, if you do not have accessibility needs or other disabilities, please click Cancel and select another unit, unless it is the last available unit. If you do not meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for this unit and it is not the last available unit, Lattitude Glamp We reserve the right to change your reservation to another unit without your permission to accommodate qualified customers with disabilities.
*According to federal law found at https://www.ada.gov/taman3.html, lodging facilities with five or fewer units where the owner lives on the property are exempt from having an ADA-compliant accessible unit. Religious organizations are exempt from Title III requirements. Historic properties may also be exempt from certain aspects of Title III requirements, but owners should verify local and federal requirements.
All other properties may be subject to Title III requirements.
