At our hotel, we are committed to providing a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests. To ensure a pleasant experience, we ask that you respect our check-in and check-out times, as well as the rules of conduct and use of the facilities.

Early check-in (subject to availability, additional cost +$500 MXN) 10:00 AM
Late check-out (subject to availability, additional cost +$500 MXN) 5:00 PM
Arrivals after 7:00 PM, please notify us in advance.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises (tents, parking lot, camping spots, restrooms, restaurant, etc.).
Bringing food and beverages from outside Lattitude Glamp is prohibited.
Dogs are only allowed on dates selected by management; changes are subject to prior notice.
Dogs must always be on a leash and under the supervision of guests.
Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended inside tents.
No more than one dog is allowed per tent or camping spot.
A security deposit or open voucher of $6,000 MXN is required to cover any damages or additional cleaning costs during your stay.
Additional activities offered by third parties require prior reservation and are subject to availability and change without notice.
Lighting any type of campfire, candle, grill, cigarette, match, etc., is prohibited without the supervision of Lattitude Glamp staff and only in designated areas within the property.
Weapons, illegal substances, or aggressive behavior are not permitted; violations will result in cancellation of your reservation.
Lattitude Glamp reserves the right to refuse admission in case of non-compliance.
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are 100% refundable.
Cancellations made between three and six days in advance will incur a penalty of 50% of the stay.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Date changes: You must contact Lattitude Glamp to check availability up to 5 days prior to arrival; otherwise, date changes will not be possible.
